Obama administration: Guantanamo detainees have 'no constitutional rights'

Like I said in so many posts before, Obama has repeatedly shown himself to be a gutless wimp who will not tackle the hard issues. Not only is he keeping Bush/Cheney positions, but he's complicit in their war crimes as he refuses, despite the evidence, to fulfil our Constitutional requirements vis the Convention Against Torture Treaty we ratified during Reagan.
